Working Policy

1. Work Hours
- The official working hours are from 11:00 AM to 05:30 PM, Monday to Friday.  
- Employees are expected to be punctual and maintain regular attendance as per the company’s Attendance Policy.  

2. Professional Conduct
- Employees must uphold professionalism and maintain a collaborative work environment.  
- Respect for colleagues, adherence to ethical practices, and compliance with company policies are mandatory.  

3. Remote Work and Flexibility 
- Tanz Corp supports flexibility in work arrangements when approved by management.  
- Remote work requests must be communicated in advance to the team leader or manager for approval.  

4. Task and Project Deadlines  
- Employees are required to adhere to project timelines and deliverables.  
- In the event of challenges or delays, employees must immediately notify their manager or team leader and seek an extension if necessary.  

5. Reporting and Communication
- Employees must submit daily or weekly reports (as directed) summarizing completed tasks and project updates.  
- Effective communication within teams and with managers is essential for ensuring smooth operations and progress.  

6. Performance Expectations
- Employees are expected to meet performance targets and contribute to achieving the company’s goals.  
- Regular performance reviews will be conducted to provide feedback and identify opportunities for growth.  

7. Use of Company Resources
- Employees are responsible for the proper use of company resources, including software, devices, and workspace.  
- Misuse of resources or violation of security protocols may result in disciplinary action.  

8. Confidentiality and Data Security  
- Employees must ensure confidentiality and protect company data from unauthorized access or disclosure.  
- Breaches of confidentiality or mishandling of sensitive data will lead to strict action, including potential termination.  

9. Leave and Absences 
- Employees must obtain **prior approval** for any planned leave by submitting a formal request to their manager.  
- Unplanned absences must be reported as soon as possible and may impact payroll processing.  

10. Career Growth and Training 
- Tanz Corp encourages continuous learning and development. Employees are encouraged to participate in training programs and upskill opportunities provided by the company.  

11. Non-Compliance and Disciplinary Actions
- Any violation of company policies, including attendance, deadlines, or ethical standards, will be addressed through appropriate disciplinary measures.

Attendance Policy

1. Attendance Management 
- Attendance will be monitored through the Jibble App, which employees must install on their mobile devices.  
- The app utilizes facial recognition technology to verify attendance.  

2. Work Hours
- Official working hours are from 11:00 AM to 05:30 PM, Monday to Friday.  
- Employees are required to clock in and clock out within these hours to ensure accurate attendance records.  

3. Leave and Permission Protocol
- Employees must obtain prior approval from their manager or team leader for any planned leave.  
- Failure to provide prior notice for unplanned leave may result in loss of pay for the day.  

4. Payroll and Attendance Compliance
- Compensation for the day will only be processed if the employee satisfies the required working hours.  
- Instances of late clock-ins or early clock-outs without prior permission will result in half-day payroll deductions.  

5. Pay Period  
- The payroll cycle runs weekly, and salaries are processed every  Monday based on the previous week’s attendance records.  

6. Deliverables and Deadline Adherence  
- Employees are expected to comply with all work policies and submit project deliverables or reports within the stipulated deadlines.  
- In case of unavoidable circumstances, employees must proactively request an extension from their team leader or manager.  

7. Privacy and Data Usage
- To respect employee privacy, geolocation tracking is not implemented.  
- Attendance is verified using facial recognition data, which is securely managed and stored through the Jibble Platform (https://www.jibble.io/privacy), solely for attendance purposes.  

This attendance policy ensures transparency, accountability, and timely compensation while fostering a professional and efficient work environment at Tanz Corp. All employees are expected to comply with these guidelines.
