Darshan manage and execute business deals, build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements. As the Branch Supervisor for our Thane division project, he will oversee operations and ensure successful project execution.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Managing Business Deals:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients.

Develop and present compelling business proposals to potential clients.
2. Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:

Establish strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.

Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
3. Negotiating and Formalizing Agreements:

Lead negotiations with clients to finalize business deals and MoUs.

Ensure that all agreements are clear, fair, and beneficial to both the client and Tanz Corp.

Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure contracts adhere to company policies and regulations.
4. Branch Supervisor for Thane Division Project:

Oversee the operations of the Thane division project, ensuring all activities are aligned with project goals.

Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely and successful project execution.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.
5. Strategic Planning and Implementation:

Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s business development strategy.

Collaborate with senior management to set objectives and plan activities to achieve business goals.

Track performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with marketing, sales, finance, and other departments to align business development efforts with overall company strategy.

Provide insights and feedback to improve products, services, and business processes.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment.
